1.5 cup Spinach
2.5 cup, unthawed Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 cup (8 fl oz) Lemonade

  1. 1 large handful of spinach, shredded with fingers

  2. 2 Handfuls of Frozen Strawberries

  3. 1 whole banana, peeled and chooped

  4. Lemonade as needed

  5. Start by blending the banana, some strawberries, and enough lemonade to make it blend. Then add the rest of the banana and more strawberry. Add more lemonade if needed. Then, add the pieces of spinach and blend well. Add more lemonade or strawberries to adjust thickness.
