Using farfel instead of Pepperidge Farm stuffing makes this kosher for Passover.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach balls

20 oz frozen chopped spinach
2 cups Jerusalem Matzo Farfel
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Spinach balls

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Form bite sized balls and place on cookie sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray OR bake in non-stick or glass Pyrex dish and cut into squares. Bake at 375 deg for 20mins.
