Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Balls

2 package (10 oz) yields Spinach
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 medium Egg, Whole
3 cup Herb Seasoned Stuffing
6 oz Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Spinach Balls

Cook spinach, Drain well and squeeze liquid out. Chop spinach. Chop onion. Beat eggs. Mix spinach with all remaining ingredients and form into 1" balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and place in freezer for about 20 minutes to firm. At this point either bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or place balls in freezer bag and freeze for future use.
