Tasty bites that can be made with or w/o added protein (crab, bacon, etc). Seasoning is to taste. Less or more butter or breadcrumbs may be used to achieve the desired consistency.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Balls (w/ crabmeat)

10 oz Chopped Spinach
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 tbsp Omega Plus Buttery Spread
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
6 oz Crab, Alaska King, Imitation
2 egg Eggs

Recipe Directions for Spinach Balls (w/ crabmeat)

  1. Heat over to 400F.

  2. Thaw and press all water out of spinach.

  3. Melt butter, chop onion and beat eggs.

  4. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  5. For mixture into 1" balls and bake for ~15min on lightly greased or covered (foil or parchment) baking sheet), or until firm.
