Canadian bacon paired with spinach and mushrooms in an egg white omelet.

Recipe Ingredients for spinach & bacon white omelet

3 egg whites, beaten to soft peak stage
1/4 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c baby spinach, wilted
1 slice canadian bacon, diced
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp paprika
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 cooking spray, butter flavored

Recipe Directions for spinach & bacon white omelet

  1. spray saute pan

  2. saute mushrooms over med-low heat till brown

  3. add bacon, wilted spinach and seasonings

  4. When mixture is heated thoroughly set aside.

  5. In hot omelet or saute pan, lightly spray with non-stick and pour in beaten egg whites. Gently press into pan, cover and cook till eggs are set. Add bacon veggie mixture to one side. When brown on bottom remove from pan onto plate, folding omelet in half, and enjoy!
