Recipe Ingredients for Spinach, Bacon, Hashbrown Quiche

10 large eggs
1/4 cup 1% milk
24 oz shredded hash browns
30 g bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 stick of unsalted butter
10 oz frozen spinach
8 oz mozzarella, part skim milk cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach, Bacon, Hashbrown Quiche

Place frozen shredded hash browns in a glass 9x13 pan. Cut up stick of unsalted butter and place over the hashbrowns. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix eggs, onions, milk, thawed spinach, chopped cooked bacon in a bowl. I use microwave ready lower sodium bacon (4 slices). I couldn't find this in the recipe analyzer, but you get thinner and obviously less salty bacon. When hashbrowns are done, pour egg mixture on top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Return to a 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes. Make sure the egg is cooked in the center
