Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Asparagus Frittata

3 large Egg, White
3 medium Egg, Whole
2 cup Spinach
2 cup Asparagus
8 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Chunk
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Asparagus Frittata

Sautee asparagus, add tomato and spinach, and suatee until tomato is wilted. Mix eggs, egg whites and feta in bowl. Layer vegetable in oven safe pan, pour egg mixture over, and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
