Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Arugula Salad with Cranberries & Pecans

2 cup fresh spinach
2 cup fresh arugula
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup candied pecans, chopped

Dressing:
2 tbsp. honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Arugula Salad with Cranberries & Pecans

Wash and dry greens. Tear into bite-sized pieces. Top with cranberries & pecans. Mix salad dressing in separate bowl & toss.
