Adding cannelini beans instead of high fat mayo and sour cream makes this spread tasty and healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach artichoke spread - low fat

15 1/2 oz. cannelini beans
8 oz. chopped frozen spinach
2 canned roasted red peppers
3 oz fat free feta cheese
6 tblsp parmesean cheese
8 marinated artichokes (actually one small jar, but this was as close as I could come on the calorie count)

Recipe Directions for Spinach artichoke spread - low fat

Mash beans. Chop canned red peppers and artichokes. Combine all ingredients together. Use all the marinade in the jar of artichokes. Pour into a small casserole or large ramekin and heat in the oven until the spread is warmed through and cheese melts. Serve warm.
