Cheesy spinach and artichoke mixture in buttery bread. Great for parties.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Artichoke Ring

14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces feta cheese
16 pillsbury crescent rolls
1/3 cup mayonaise
10 ounces chopped spinach, drained
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 clove garlic, pressed

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Artichoke Ring

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix chopped artichoke hearts, shredded mozzarella, feta cheese, mayo, chopped spinach, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.

  3. On a 10x10 bake sheet or 12 inch round pizza stone, arrange crescent rolls around edges of baking sheet/stone (aboiut 2 inches from edge).

  4. With small ice cream scoop, place mixture on dough an cover with crescent roll edges. (Almost looks braided)

  5. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until dough is golden brown. Cut & Enjoy
