Copied from Boboli's website. Serving size is 1/4 pizza. The recipe analyzer make two mistakes. One is on the crust. I had to list 5 crusts to get the serving size to work out right. You only need one whole wheat thin crust. Mistake two shows the sodium as high but I think its much lower. Artichoke hearts are showing up as very high sodium, once they are rinsed the value should be lower.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

5 shell 12" 100% Whole Wheat Thin Crust
1 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
5 oz Spinach
2 clove Garlic
16 oz Artichoke Hearts
0.13 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine part-skim Ricotta cheese, frozen spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and hot pepper flakes. Place the crust on a baking sheet. Spread the cheese mixture onto the crust, leaving a 1/2" border around the pizza. Sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese and bake 10 ? 12 minutes until bubbly and light brown on the edges.

  3. Add 1/4 pound cooked, diced chicken breast for a heartier version.
