Makes a TON. I recommend halving everything, except for pasta, which can be 3/4'd

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and artichoke mac and cheese

16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
20 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
24 oz Artichoke Hearts Marinated
2 1/2 cups skim Milk
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese
16 oz pasta shells

Recipe Directions for Spinach and artichoke mac and cheese

  1. Mix milk, cream cheese, sour cream

  2. Grate cheese and mix with other stuff

  3. Cook pasta, strain, add to mixture and stir

  4. Get excess moisture out of spinach and chop artichoke hearts; add to mixture and stir well

  5. Bake at 400 degrees until it looks delicious
