Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Artichoke Hummus

1 1/2 tbsp tahini
16 oz chick peas
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
10 ounce chopped frozen spinach
15 ounce artichokes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Artichoke Hummus

  1. In the food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, freshly ground black pepper and olive oil, and puree until smooth.

  2. Transfer the hummus to a bowl, add the spinach, artichokes, and grated cheese and mix to combine.
