Recipe Ingredients for spinach and artichoke dip

8 ounces neufchatel cheese
1/3 c sour cream
1/2 cup spinach
14 ounces artichoke hearts
1/3 c parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t basil
1/4 c mozzarella cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for spinach and artichoke dip

  1. drain and chop frozen spinach

  2. drain can of artichoke hearts and chop in food processor with garlic

  3. stir cream cheese and sour cream together

  4. add spinach, artichokes, garlic, salt, parmesan cheese

  5. add to oven proof dish

  6. top with mozzarella cheese

  7. bake 350 about 25 min
