0.33 medium Red Bell Pepper
2 serving Grand Selections Olive Oil
83 grams hyvee frozen chopped spinach
112 grams hyvee mexican cheese blend
0.5 medium raw Onion Yellow
6 oz Four Seasons Artichoke Hearts

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. Microwave 1pkg frozen spinach in 2 tbsp water (directions on package).

  2. Add spinach to sauté mixture, and add artichoke hearts. Add 1 jar

  3. alfredo. Hot sauce if needed.

  4. Add mexican blend cheese.
