Lighter version of the traditional dip.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Low-Fat Sour Cream
4 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Spinach
3 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Artichoke Hearts - Marinated

Recipe Directions for Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Cook spinach in microwave for 3 minutes. Drain

  2. Add olive oil to pan on medium heat; allow to heat through. Saute spinach with salt, pepper, and garlic for 5 minutes.

  3. Mix may, cream cheese, and sour cream with artichoke hearts. Add spinach-garlic mixture and mix well. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
