Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups parmesan cheese
10 ounces frozen spinach
14 ounces artichoke hearts
2/3 cups sour cream, non-fat
1 cup cream cheese, light
1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Mix parmesan cheese, spinach (thawed), & artichokes (drained).

  2. Combine remaining ingredients & add to spinach mixture.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 30 min.

  4. Serve with bread, cracker, or tortilla chips.
