Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and artichoke dip

8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoons Garlic powder
14 oz. Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Coarsely Chopped
1/2 cups Frozen Spinach, Chopped
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Recipe Directions for Spinach and artichoke dip

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayo, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Add chopped artichoke hearts and chopped frozen spinach, stirring in by hand.

  2. Spray a baking/serving dish with cooking spray. (A pie plate works well for one batch of this recipe, or use a 9 x 13 dish when doubling.)

  3. Pour dip mixture into the pan and spread until level and smooth. Cover liberally with mozzarella. You may want to use MORE than one cup if you want the top extra cheesy.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or baguette slices and watch it disappear!
