Easy to make ahead of time and then heat and serve with french bread or crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp hot sauce
1/2 cup light mayonaise
3/4 cup shredded parmesan
12 tbls whipped cream cheese
16 oz spinach
15 oz canned artichokes

Recipe Directions for Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. drain and coarsely chop artichokes

  2. lightly steam fresh spinach

  3. mix mayo, cheeses and seasonings

  4. mix in chopped artichokes and spinach

  5. top with a little parmesan if desired

  6. put in a roasting dish and bake uncovered at 375 for 30-40 minutes
