Recipe Ingredients for Spinach and Artichoke Dip

2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, crushed
14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz Neufchatel cream cheese
8 oz block Fat Free Cream Cheese
5 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed drained and squeezed dry

Recipe Directions for Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and the next 6 ingredients (through spinach) in a large bowl.

  3. Stir until well blended; spoon into a 2 quart baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle with remaining half cup of mozzarella and remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
