A healthier version of a favorite appetizer, great for parties or evenings in. Goes well with whole wheat tortilla chips, pitas, or carrot chips!

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Artichoke Dip

10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
4 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup plain 2% Fage Greek yogurt
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In an 8x8 inch baking dish, spread the garlic, spinach, artichoke hearts, yogurt, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise.

  3. Cover and bake in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes.

  4. Serve warm.
