Dip good with tortilla chips or as a side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip

10 ounce Frozen Spinach
26 ounce Artichoke Hearts
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonaise
8 oz. Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesean Cheese

Recipe Directions for Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Thaw spinach in micro for 5 minutes, then drain.

  2. Chop artichokes.

  3. Combines all of the ingredients in one bowl (keep out 1/2 cup of pepperjack), mix thouroughly.

  4. Spread in buttered casserole dish.

  5. Top with remaining cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minnutes, until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling.
