Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Artichoke Dip

220 g (one 10 oz package) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed to drain
84 g (1/2 cup) canned artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped (11702)
2 medium green onions, chopped
1 (small) clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups lowfat sour cream
25 g (1/4 cup) hard Parmesan cheese, grated
60 g (1/4 cup) Miracle Whip (126376)
1/8 teaspoon salt or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Artichoke Dip

  1. Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

  2. Serve with crackers, raw vegetables or in a hollowed-out loaf of rye or French bread. Serve with cubes of bread for dipping.
