6 oz Artichoke Hearts
4 oz Cream Cheese Neufchatel 1/3 Less Fat
0.33 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
4 oz Yogurt
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Spinach Artichoke Dip Light

Mince garlic, warm cream cheese, blend with yogurt thoroughly. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Sprinkle with Parmesan then bake at 350 until warm. Brown top under broiler.
