Yummy for a crowd Substitute half & half for whipping cream

Recipe Ingredients for Spinach & Artichoke Breakfast Pie

2 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
5 oz frozen chopped spinach - thawed
4 oz canned artichoke hearts
1 clove garlic
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 frozen pie crust

Recipe Directions for Spinach & Artichoke Breakfast Pie

  1. squeeze all water out of spinach

  2. use only 1/2 the package

  3. chop artichoke hearts

  4. mince garlic

  5. saute spinach, artichokes, and garlic for flavors to meddle, let cool

  6. whisk eggs with cream, add spinach mixture, cheese, salt & nutmeg

  7. pour into frozen pie crust

  8. bake at 350 for 45 minutes

  9. let cool for minimum 15 minutes
