Recipe Ingredients for Spinach-Apple Salad with Maple-Bacon Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 slices butterball bacon style turkey
1 Granny Smith apple
6 oz PC Organic field greens

Recipe Directions for Spinach-Apple Salad with Maple-Bacon Vinaigrette

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add salt, pepper, and bacon; stir with a whisk until well blended.

  2. Combine apple and field greens in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
