Recipe Ingredients for Spin, Cabbage, Shroom, Cauli Ragu Pasta

1.5 cup Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1/2 cup Old World Style Traditional Jar
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1 cup Spinach
0.67 cup, shredded Cabbage, Red
3 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.75 cup chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
0.33 medium raw Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Spin, Cabbage, Shroom, Cauli Ragu Pasta

  1. boil pasta, when about 5 minutes from done add Cauliflower to blanch with the pasta.

  2. Sautee mushrooms with oil and soy sauce, add red cabbage and cook. add onions and finally spinach and cook until wilted. Add Ragu to the veggie mix. Drain pasta and cauliflower and add to the sauce mix. Enjoy...

  3. Top with cheese for an extra added comfort meal.
