Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Venison Burgers

1 lb venison, ground
1/2 tsp salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp allspice, ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped

Recipe Directions for Spicy Venison Burgers

  1. Make these in the morning and let them sit all day for spices to mingle (you don't have to, but if you can, do)

  2. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.

  3. Shape into 4 patties

  4. Cook on hot grill for five minutes per side, or until they are cooked to your liking

  5. Serve with a slice of red onion and spoonful of sour cream (not included in recipe analysis)
