Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

1 Red Onion
2 medium Carrots
1 Eggplant
3/4 Zuchinni
2 Chili Peppers
4 Mushrooms
3 Jalapeno peppers
7 Black olives

Recipe Directions for Spicy Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Cut and prepare vegetables

  2. Spray wok with low cal cooking spray

  3. Leave to cook until veggies are browning slightly

  4. Add black olives and jalapenos

  5. Add some black pepper/spices to taste

  6. Enjoy! :)
