You can add any type of vegetables you want to this soup. I make it when produce is starting to get a little past it's prime. It's a good way to use stuff up before it's wasted.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Veggie Soup

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
1 small Onions
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
5 oz Mung Bean Sprouts
16 oz 100% Vegetable Juice
1 packet Soup, Onion Mix, Dehydrated, Dry Form
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
15 oz Tomatoes Diced with Italian Herbs
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Pepper Sauce Original Flavor Condiment
6 dash Pepper, Black
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Spicy Veggie Soup

  1. Chop all veggies into bite size chunks.

  2. Put all veggies into large stock pot with all seasoning and V8 juice.

  3. Cover with water until it floats, eyeball it.

  4. Boil and then simmer for 1 Hour until vegetables are all tender..
