Recipe Ingredients for spicy veggie soup

6 carrot Carrots
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
10 oz Peas
2 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
2 medium Sweetpotato
3 cup Brussels Sprouts
2 medium raw Leeks
16 grams Vegetable Stock Cubes
2 serving knorr ham stock
1 serving Ground Cumin
200 grams sainsburys red lentils
2 oz Tomato Puree
1 serving napolina tin plum tomatos

Recipe Directions for spicy veggie soup

chuck in a pan with 3pints boiled water, more if preferred. bring to boil and simmer for 30mins or until veggies and lentils are soft. liquidise a 3rd, enjoy.
