Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Veggie Soup

1 Jalepeno pepper
1/2 onion
3 stalks celery
1 large carrot
2 tomato
750 ml tomato juice
500 ml water
4 cups raw spinach
3 cloves garlic
15 oz canned lentils
1 medium sweet potato

Recipe Directions for Spicy Veggie Soup

Chop veggies, add to tomato juice and water, bring to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are cooked to your taste. Enjoy.
