Mild- Medium heat. Each serving is two cups- a big bowl.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Vegetarian Black Bean Soup

620 grams Joubere Organic Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Garlic
2 medium Onions
2 medium Carrots
45 grams Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Spicy Vegetarian Black Bean Soup

  1. Blend half the beans, or mash them.

  2. Heat olive oil and add onion/garlic/carrots.

  3. Add broth, spices, bean puree, rest of the beans to the mix.

  4. Reduce to low heat and simmer 20 minutes.

  5. Could serve on rice or tortillas
