Spicy vegetable broth and noodles

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Vegan Pho

4 cup Broth
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
3 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 oz Stir-Fry Rice Noodles
4 clove Garlic
5 leaves Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Spicy Vegan Pho

  1. Thinly slice some of the onion, and finely chop the rest (about 1/2 a small yellow onion).

  2. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions.

  3. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan saute or steam chopped garlic and the chopped onions for a couple of minutes (be sure to reserve the thinly sliced onion for serving).

  4. Add the broth, half the chopped green onion, half the chopped cilantro, 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes and boil or simmer for about ten minutes.

  5. Prepare large serving bowl with one sprig Thai Basil and rice noodles.

  6. Strain the chunks of vegetables out of the broth and pour the broth over rice noodles.

  7. Add remaining thinly sliced onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped green onion.
