A mildly spicy twist on a family classic!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Turkey-Roni

1 lb Alma's Whole Wheat Elbows
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 oz Ground Turkey
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Ground Oregano
1 Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
8 oz Mushroom
14 1/2 oz Whole Tomatoes
1 tbsp Chili Paste
1/2 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Spicy Turkey-Roni

  1. Prepare noodles as per directions on package.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan or skillet. Add Ground Turkey, Pepper, Salt, Garlic and Oregano. Cook on High until cooked through.

  3. Add onion, green pepper, mushroom and tomatoes. Saute until veggies are tender.

  4. Add remaining ingredients and cook until fully heated, 5-8 minutes.

  5. Add noodles and mix thoroughly. Serve HOT!
