Sushi grade tuna 1 tsp asian chili sauce 1/4 sesame oil 2 tbls mayonnaise or white sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Tuna Tartare

1 serving Sashimi, Naguro (Yellowfin Tuna), raw, sliced
1 serving Gourmet Japanese Sauce
1 serving White Sauce (Gourmet Japanese) 2 tbsp
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
0.25 tbsp Sesame Oil (Toasted)

Recipe Directions for Spicy Tuna Tartare

  1. Raw fish. finely chopped

  2. Combine asian sauce + white sauce + sesame oil in a bowl and mix together well.

  3. Add more asian chili sauce or sesame oil to taste. Combine with chopped up tuna and serve.
