Made with avocado and yellowfin tuna makes 2 rolls

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Tuna Roll

1 1/2 cup Sushi, Rice only, cooked
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 sheet nori
2 tsp fat free mayonnaise
4 oz Yellowfin Tuna, Sushi
2 oz avocado
2 green onions
1 tsp sesame oil
3/4 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Recipe Directions for Spicy Tuna Roll

  1. Cook sushi rice, when warm cut in vinegar and sugar

  2. Top nori sheet with rice

  3. add tuna, mayo, hot sauce and sesame oil filling

  4. add green onion tops and cheese cut to length

  5. roll up

  6. top with avocado slices and slice into pieces.
