Great sandwich to have before or after exercising

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Tuna Melt

1 ounce tuna in brine
1 ounce grated cheddar
1 ounce white onion, diced
2 ml tabasco
1 tsp tomato ketchup
5 ml worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
2 slices white bread
1 ounce salted butter

Recipe Directions for Spicy Tuna Melt

  1. Drain well the tuna, and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Make the sandwich by filing the two sides of bread with this mix. Do not butter.

  3. In a medium hot frying pan, put half of the butter.

  4. Once melted place the sandwich and let it slowly fry for four minutes each side or until golden brown.

  5. It can be hot or wrapped in tin foil and eaten later
