A tasty and spicy new take on the traditional tuna melt.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Tuna Melt

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
2 tbsp Hummus
3 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Slice Cheddar Mature Cheese Slices
0.5 cup Spinach
2 Slice Bread
1 ring Red Onions Sliced

Recipe Directions for Spicy Tuna Melt

  1. Mix everything together in a bowl except for bread, spinach and onion.

  2. Assemble sandwich: Spinach on bottom, tuna mixture over it, keeping the spinach in place between the tuna and bread. Top with onion slices and cheese, and then bread.

  3. Spray a panini grill with cooking spray. Grill and press sandwich until cheese is melted and spinach has wilted slightly.

  4. Enjoy sandwich!
