Tomato soup with white beans and vegetables. Makes 4 servings or 3 large ones.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy tomato soup

1 tsp olive oil
400 g mixed vegetables
200 g white beans
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
500 g passata
300 g diced tomatoes
200 ml water
5 g bouillon powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy tomato soup

  1. Cook garlic in some oil until fragrant (do not let it burn).

  2. Deglaze with wine vinegar and let it simmer shortly.

  3. Add water, passata, diced tomatoes and bouillon powder.

  4. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables, beans and cayenne pepper.

  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  6. Season with cayenne pepper and pepper.
