A delicious, flavoursome tomato soup with a tasty chilli kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Tomato Soup

2 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe Canned, Whole, No Salt Added
2 tblsp tomato puree
1 pint chicken stock
1/2 white onion
2 small red onions
2 garlic cloves
2 tblsp olive oil
1 peppers, hot chilli red

Recipe Directions for Spicy Tomato Soup

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan

  2. Crush the garlic, roughly chop the onions and add both to the saucepan. Sautee until slightly translucent.

  3. Add tomatoes, puree, stock and chilli

  4. Simmer on a medium heat for 20 minutes

  5. Blend to desired consistency
