Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Thai Vegetable Stir-Fry

105 grams onion, halved & sliced thin
92 grams carrots, cut into match sticks
43 grams celery, sliced thin on the angle
121 grams yellow squash, sliced thin
60 grams red pepper, thin 2 inch strips
60 grams mushrooms, crimini, sliced thin
175 grams sugar snap peas
5 grams garlic
5 grams sesame seeds
6 grams garlic chili pepper sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Spicy Thai Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Saute onion in pam over medium heat until browned. Add in carrots and celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  2. Add in vegetables. Saute until cooked through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Mix together all other ingredients in separate bowl. Add into stirfry and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and sauce has formed.

  4. Serve immediately.
