Spicy Thai Shrimp stir fry with bell peppers and onions and lots of garlic.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Thai Shrimp

7 clove Garlic
125 cal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 medium Onions
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 serving Naturally Brewed Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
0.25 serving Chicken Flavored Stock
12 oz raw Frozen Shrimp: Ready to Cook, Cleaned, Tail Off, Large
300 grams Premium Fish Sauce
0.5 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Spicy Thai Shrimp

Heat the oil, stry fry the onions and peppers for two minutes, add the garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and toss then add the soy, oyster, chili paste, fish sauce and chicken stock. bring to a boil. Mix corn starch with a 1/4 cup of cold water and add slurry to dish. Cook for 1 minute. Service over brown rice (made separately and nutritional info not included in this recipe).
