Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Thai Jicama Salad

1 medium jicama, finely shredded
1 medium granny smith apple, finely shredded
1/2 medium red onion, finely sliced
4 brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half, and finely shredded
1/2 cup, packed, cilantro, roughly chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp garlic (or 1 1/2 tbsp sambal + 1/2 tbsp minced garlic)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ginger, put through a garlic press
4 tbsp peanut oil (actually tastes heavily of peanuts as opposed to the tasteless american stuff)
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
