Recipe Ingredients for Spicy/Sweet Squash puree

4 cups Butternut Squash, roasted
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
4 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Spicy/Sweet Squash puree

  1. Halve and de-seed a butternut squash.

  2. Place halves face down on a sided cookie sheet with 1/4 inch water.

  3. Roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

  4. Flip each half over and roast for another 25 minutes.

  5. Immediately spoon out insides into a blender, combining with cinnamon, pepper flakes and butter.

  6. Blend and eat!
