Healthy, delicious alternative to normal fries. Easy to make!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

1 large sweet potato
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Chop sweet potato lengthwise into fries (do not peel first, the skin is good for you and provides a great texture!)

  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil and spices.

  4. Put fries into bowl and stir up until they are coated with the oil and spice mixture.

  5. Transfer fries onto a baking sheet, in a single layer, and place in oven.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fries have darkened and are soft, taking them out of the oven once halfway through to flip them over with a spatula.
