Roasted baby bell peppers really jazz up this hummus!

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Sweet Hummus

15 oz garbanzo beans
4 peppers, sweet, red
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Spicy Sweet Hummus

Broil whole peppers 8-10 minutes turning frequently, until skins darken and peppers are soft. Remove from pan and place into covered glass dish and cool 10 minutes. Remove skins and seeds. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or high power blender until smooth. Refrigerate for up to three days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
