Oh yes, I forgot to add the 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, but they don't count as any calories anyway

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Stir-fry Tofu

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
22 gram reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons peanut oil
12 oz firm tofu
2 cloves garlic
20 gram sweet red pepper
45 gram green pepper
50 gram scallions
90 gram baby bok choy
330 gram Napa cabbage
135 gram bean sprouts

Recipe Directions for Spicy Stir-fry Tofu

  1. Cut the Tofu into 1-inch squares, drain and blot on paper towels.

  2. Slice the garlic cloves very thin.

  3. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Cut the scallions, white and green parts into 1.5-inch pieces.

  5. Slice the dark green parts of the bok choy into 1/4-inch ribbons. Cut the white parts into 1-inch pieces.

  6. Cut the Napa cabbage into 1"-inch pieces.

  7. Heat a large non-stick pan and add one teaspoon of the peanut oil, fry the tofu until they are nicely browned. Remove and drain on paper toweling,

  8. Add the sliced garlic, stir fry for a few seconds and add the diced peppers together with the green onions. Stir-fry for a minute.

  9. Add the remaining teaspoon peanut oil, together with the chopped bok choy and Napa cabbage.

  10. Combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce and water in a small bowl, add to the vegetables and stir to combine.

  11. Cook, stirring until vegetables are tender, but still not soft. Last, add the browned tofu pieces, and blend gently into vegetables. Heat only until tofu is heated through.

  12. Serve, adding some red pepper flakes, if desired - I love them, so hence the "spicy" taste.
