Hot vegetarian side dish. At the stage when you add the tomato you can add either a sliced clove of garlic or a chill (or both) depending on how you feel.

Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Spinach

134 grams Spinach
93 grams Tomato
45 grams Onion
5 grams Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Spicy Spinach

  1. Slice onion finely and chop tomato

  2. cook onion in a pan with the oil slowly so as not to brown, once its soft add the tomato cook for a few more minutes

  3. When onion and tomato are cooked through add fresh spinach and cook for another few minutes

  4. Serve
