Recipe Ingredients for Spicy Spinach with Garbanzo Beans and Ground beef

8 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef, Fresh
1 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
4 cup Spinach
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2 g Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
2/5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Spicy Spinach with Garbanzo Beans and Ground beef

  1. 1 In a pan cook the ground beef until it's not red anymore

  2. 2 In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat

  3. 3 Cook the onions, choped tomato, and chopped garlic for about 5 minutes

  4. 4 Stir in the curry powder, garam masala powder, cayenne, salt and pepper cook for a minute

  5. 5 Add the garbanzo bens, spinach and ground beef. You can also add 1/2 cup of water for more juice if you like. Allow to cook until thoroughly heated.
